Courtney Colleen Williams and Zachary Scott Fetcko were united in marriage at six o’clock in the evening on Saturday, September 9, 2017, at The Fairview Inn in Jackson, Mississippi. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lester Williams of Brookhaven, Mississippi. She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Maudell Smith and the late Howard Smith, and Mrs. Agnes Williams and the late Wayne Williams, all of Brookhaven, Mississippi.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Scott Fetcko of Madison, Mississippi, and Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Lowery of Wesson, Mississippi. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Steve Fetcko of Johnstown, Pennsylvania, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Frank Walker of Wesson, Mississippi. The ceremony was officiated by Brother Robert Green. The Magnolia String Quartet provided music for the ceremony.
The bride was escorted and given away by her father. She wore an Allure lace dress, featuring a sweetheart neckline, buttons down the back, and a cathedral-length train.
Cassie Williams of Brookhaven, Mississippi, served as the maid of honor. Bridesmaids included Addie Fetcko of Madison, Mississippi; Jessica Broome of Flowood, Mississippi; and Summer Williams, Jillian Ricceri, Shellie Smith, Karli Herrington, Mary Lumley, and Liza Rawls, all of Brookhaven, Mississippi. Damie Katherine Williams, niece of the bride, and Kinslee Miller, niece of the groom, served as flower girls. Layla Philley, cousin of the bride, served as a petal girl.
Scott Fetcko of Madison, Mississippi, served as the best man. Groomsmen included Thomas Fetcko of Madison, Mississippi; Caleb Williams of Brookhaven, Mississippi; Caleb Broome of Flowood, Mississippi; and Tyler Lumley, Blake Tarver, and Cody King, all of Wesson, Mississippi. The ring bearer was Ross Estess, cousin of the bride.
Immediately following the wedding ceremony, the bride’s parents hosted a reception at The Fairview Inn where guests enjoyed a meal catered by the Inn’s staff. Desserts consisted of a four-tiered butter wedding cake from Cakes by Iris and key-lime pie provided by For Heavens Cakes. Guests were entertained with the music of Almost Famous from Memphis, Tennessee. The event planner was Kendall Poole with Kendall Poole Event Planning. Au Courant florists provided the floral design for the entire day. Sully Clemmer provided photography and Sweetwater Films captured in video the events of the day.
The couple departed through a parade of sparklers and honeymooned in Bali, Indonesia.
